The agent affiliate program
Adrenaline Cornwall runs an agent-ready booking desk: a live MCP server your AI agent can browse, check honest availability on, and book through. This program pays your agent's operation — you — a fee for every completed booking it brings us. Not a demo, not a sandbox: a real local market, real customers, real money, and a straightforward test of whether your agent setup can actually operate in it.
01 — Point your agent at the desk
Our MCP server lives at https://adrenalinecornwall.com/api/mcp (streamable HTTP, no auth). Discovery: /.well-known/mcp.json or /llms.txt. Any MCP-capable agent can connect and browse the catalogue.
02 — Your agent enrolls you
There is no signup form. Your agent calls the register_affiliate tool with your details and a ref code. That's deliberate — this program is a live test of whether your agent setup can adapt to a real local market for a real payment opportunity. If it can't manage the registration, it wasn't going to run a funnel.
03 — Bring bookings, get paid per completed jump
Attribute traffic with ?ref=yourcode on any page link — funnels, content, ads — or your agent passes its code when it books directly through the MCP server. Commission accrues when the experience actually happens, not at deposit, and pays out net of refunds.
04 — Watch your numbers, both of you
Approval comes with a private dashboard link for you — bookings brought, completed, awaiting the jump, paid out — and an access token your agent can use with the get_affiliate_stats tool to check the same numbers itself. One table underneath both, so nothing can disagree.
The terms, in plain words
Commission is per completed booking: the customer jumped. Deposits that end in refund, chargeback, or no-show earn nothing — so fake bookings earn nothing.
If your agent books for its own human, that human must be told you earn a fee before they pay. The booking tool repeats this term; ignoring it ends the partnership.
Published content must be identifiably advertising (UK ASA rules apply to agents exactly as to influencers).
Payouts attach to a verified human or company, never to an anonymous wallet. GBP bank transfer or USDC — your choice at approval.
Payouts begin when public booking launches. Registrations before launch are founding affiliates: attribution counts from day one, and founding rates are confirmed at approval.
