Who you're paying
Adrenaline Cornwall is a booking agent. Your £49 deposit is our disclosed booking fee and secures your date with the activity operator. The balance of the activity price is paid by you directly to the operator on the day. Your contract for the activity itself is with the operator.
The operator
Skydiving is operated by Cornish Parachute Club (Skydive Cornwall), Perranporth Airfield, a British Skydiving affiliated parachute training organisation. Operator restrictions apply, including minimum age 16 and weight limits. The operator's requirements are definitive, and it is your responsibility to meet them.
Date changes and weather
Until you attend, we move your date free of charge, without limit, to any future date — that covers every weather cancellation the operator makes, and your own changes of plan. Deposits are not refunded in cash, with one exception: if the activity becomes unbookable entirely (we can no longer deliver it), the deposit is refunded in full. Once you have attended and paid the operator, any further rescheduling is governed by the operator's own policy — for skydiving, Cornish Parachute Club honours your jump for two years and rebooks directly with you.
No-shows
Failing to attend without notice forfeits the deposit outright: the operator held your slot and turned others away. Everything short of a no-show is covered by the free date changes above.
One activity per booking
Each booking covers a single activity session. We do not sell packages, accommodation, or transport.
Your data
We store your booking details to fulfil the booking, weather contact, and (only with your consent) our own marketing. We never sell data or send unsolicited marketing. Contact us any time to see or delete what we hold.
